Whatever your day holds, give it your all, don't look back, and know that you will be one day closer to seeing the next installation of the 2015 Ohio State Buckeye football team perform to the best of their abilities on the field.

This season is somewhat unique for me in the OZone forum. It suddenly struck me how much this is community over and above just a place where people come to rant about disappointments or rave about mind-blowing spin moves on the field.

This is the place where we meet and are elated when we learn of posters beaming with pride and joy as their children gain admission to tOSU. It's where we read tales of others taking their young children to their first Buckeye football game in the shoe, giving us the rare and precious glimpse of what we hold so dear through the innocent and fresh eyes of someone who still believes in Santa Claus. It's the place where we come and find our hearts breaking at the news of a fellow poster losing his young, angelic daughter at the age of 8. It's where we are left wondering, hoping that he feels the prayers lifted up for him.

It's also the place where we bicker and argue about whether it's OK to wear a jersey in your 40's, where some pose as insiders and are ridiculed and others truly do know a bit more than most and share wonderful insights with us. Sometimes we go over the top and get sent to the corner for a while to think about it, but we all come back together as family and continue to partake of Buckeye Football, come win or loss.

It's where we help each other not miss any Buckeye football action, if there is anything we can do about it. Tips of experiences streaming games from overseas or which bar is best to gather with other Buckeyes whether it be in Munich or some obscure city in central Africa. The seemingly impossible request for help is so routinely answered that I simply expect it anymore, but am at the same time still amazed that it happens, time and time again.

The only thing which seems to be missing is an actual personal gathering, which allows us to meet face-to-face. In spite of that, thank you, Mr. Ed, for starting The OZone so long ago which has grown into a truly unique community of Buckeye fans. We are not only blessed to be living in the platinum era of Buckeye Football (as KP pointed out) but we also are blessed with this forum.
