Fields would still be in Chicago if the Panthers weren't total idiots and also terrible...

....not that he was great but he was clearly improving - not coincidentally the improvement came when they were able to build around him and get him a weapon like DJ Moore.

Not that Fields has been great. He has his issues...but he was the victim of a terrible situation on his way into the league and a victim of circumstances on his way out of Chicago.
