Lorenzo Romar and Mike Brey are a couple names that interest me, after an initial search

Romar is a long time P5 coach played in the NBA and is known as a top recruiter. Romar was just fired at Pepperdine. Romar would fill two holes with replacing Diebler as an assistant coach who can be a closer in the recruiting game and also has the HC experience of helping with the operations/coaching dynamics side of things.

Brey is another former P5 coach who had a lot of success and is probably not looking for a HC gig anymore. He's currently an Assitant with the Atlanta Hawks, so maybe he'd like to get back into the college game as top assistant at a P5 school.

: a much different animal than a place like Miami (OH). All of that being said. I don't have names in mind or even what names are available.
