The opportunity to become Diebler's right-hand man and triple his salary may be too good to pass up simply to be a HC at a small G5 regardless of how much success he's had. He may have very well hit his ceiling there. If it's not resulting in what offers to further his career a move to OSU assistant may provide that opportunity. We'll see.
