Fact is whoever the hire would be is a crap shoot. There's no sure fire guy out there...

...that was available and would be a for sure success. Diebs is an unknown quantity. But just because that's a fact that doesn't mean he won't be a better fit than Dusty May and his four years of mid at FAU before striking it big last year.
