Honest question, how many times has a thank you note/email either got them the job or made a difference? |

However, a full-on job search is a grind and I think candidates are worn/discouraged during the process. I have also found that maybe 10% of the time do I ever get a response back. I am sure a little honesty/communication on the other side of things would go a LONG way.
