We drove by the remnants of a house, and the only thing left standing was a toilet bolted to a floor. : previous November. I was 6 months old. They were 22 year olds. Dad raced the storm to the house from Dayton. Beat it by a minute. Mom had me in the bathtup with a mattress over us. Dad dove on top and we survived unscathed. Two houses away, just down the street was total destruction.
