If they renew the Bush tax cuts, Bush will continue to get credit.
The white house will offer BETTER tax cuts which will
a) give Obama the credit,
b) target the money to liberal and minority recipients,
c) contain provisions which will cause less of the tax savings to be realized and more to be retained by the government.
