will be the more challenging prior to Lincoln.
Nothing profound here. It’s going to be fun watching him progress and while he will be a first year starter, he’s not Pryor being thrown to the fire pert early. Nor is he Braxton being leaned on like a bar stool at the our r in as a frosh. He’s had 2 springs and will have two summer “fall” camps too. And some playing time already.
This bodes well imho. If he stays healthy, I maintain he ends up in Neuva Yorka.
Again, Cinci and Indiana will be early benchmarks. The real tests start 9/28 and don’t stop (Rutgers excluded). 2 off weeks probably won’t be a bad thing for Fields development.
