Justin Herbert was thought to be the #1 QB his junior year and came back. Dropped in some eyes (m)

during and after his senior season. More tape, more things to dissect for NFL GM's and coaches.
Herbert ended up still going #6, and has turned out to be a steal for the Chargers. Played way better than the critics said he would.
Burrow came out of nowhere to be the #1 pick last year. Herbert ended up the third QB taken also behind an injured Tua.
Justin would have more to lose than gain by staying IMO. He has got dinged up two years in a row, and to risk a third year at OSU and chance for injury with his style of play is not smart IMO. He also loses a lot of his OL, and Olave which has been his primary downfield WR.
Outside of wanting to win a NC which is very important, he should go if he is sure he will be in the top 15 picks. My guess is he is top 10, and probably top 5. His ceiling is super high.
