is full of it . I always thought if Joe Burrow played at OSU he would be very good - just like all the QBs at OSU . I was also one of the people who thought Barrett wasn’t a great passer and was replaceable . Haskins was pretty amazing in 2018 . If OSUs D didn’t suck against Pu he might have won the Heisman and OSU surely would have been in the playoffs . No one was talking about Burrow in 2018. No one .
