It obviously can't be as selective with an undergrad population of 45k or whatever. Certain schools (esp graduate level)

are hard to get into and are very highly rated, but those specifics are hard to translate to broader university rankings.

: ND is RIDICULOUSLY selective.

: Ohio State has gotten much better, but it is still not at the level of student enrollment that the true elite schools are at.
