Re: falling from Ohio Stadium, I found out that an ancestor of Mrs.C died that way back in '32 or '33....

well, he was only like 16 or 17 at the time, so just part of the ancestral family, I guess, but anyway he fell from the top of Ohio Stadium in June of that year. What was a 16-year-old kid from Paulding County doing at Ohio Stadium in June during the height of the Depression anyway? Would have been a major trek just to get there, at the time.

And after my first game in the Horseshoe at age 11, I had a dream about someone falling or jumping from C-Deck. The band then interrupted its halftime show to play an impromptu requiem for him.
