Important Notes:
1) We allow handle changes, but only in a very limited fashion. Handle changes will be disabled after a fixed (and fairly small) number. Our limit for handle changes is 10. Back in the pre-registration days, people would often change handles to various humorous ones temporarily, but this is not the purpose of the handle change functionality here. If you do that, you will quickly run through your allotted number of changes.
