I’m super interested in the MLBPA letter to the commissioner blaming the sped up pitch clock for these. (m)

I don’t know if the rest between pitches is what they imply would prevent this or if the thinking is that technique & throwing motions are becoming sloppy & dangerous by being sped up?

I’m willing to listen to their reasoning but I think they have to present some shred of evidence. It was a weird thing to blame without actual data.
