That mentality existed within me up until NIL. These are now professional athletes & the coaches are making massive money. We ain’t here to play to school anymore. These are professional athletes & professional coaches who hold the success/failure of a multi-million dollar business in their hands. I hope Deibs crushes this job. But if he sucks out loud early, he ain’t getting the same leash that an experienced head coach with a big buyout is getting. That’s just real life. Not negativity.
